Ashtanga, established by Late Aryavaidyan K.S.Varier, belongs to the originators, the Kottakkal School of Ayurveda in Kerala.
Ashtanga, established in 1936, boasts over eighty years of a rich and authentic Ayurvedic tradition. Beginning with modest origins, Ashtanga has expanded significantly over the years, adding substantial value to the wellness sector through the proven principles of Ayurveda.
